Forgot to mention: just go to your favorite search engine, type in "neeps and tatties recipe". And to be more exact, a swede is a rutabaga, not a turnip or "neep", but they seem to be interchangeable in many British recipes.

Madelina, again

Try: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/neepsandtatties_9033.shtml

A neep is also called a swede (no capital letter).

My Dad is looking for a recipe for an international food day at his job. If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated. The recipe is for neeps and tatties, which are turnips and potatoes. If any one has a recipe he needs it by Tuesday so he can cook it for Wednesdays lunch

Thanks in advance
Vivian
