Well, it looks like I have returned to the Kingdom just in time to see the Birth of our new Shire! Awesome and Congratulations Shire of Loch Ruadh!

  The Baron and Baroness of Elfsea graciously gave me a ride to Glaslyn's event where it was announced by TRM in Court that Loch Ruadh's petition for Shire status has been accepted!!  Hearing those words said were beautiful music to my heart.  My thanks to everyone for their help and patience!! A formal presentation will be done at Elfsea's Spring Faire.
