I am very pleased that the Barony of Elfsea and the Shire of Loch Ruadh were able to negogiate an agreement between themselves regarding boundaries! I accept your petition for the boundaries of both Elfsea and Loch Ruadh. I made that recommendation to the Crown and they have approved it as well.
