[Loch-Ruadh] Gulf War & caravan arrangements

Um...uh...I wasn't asking for me, I was um...yeah, I was asking for someone else, yeah, a friend of mine wanted to know.
 
What are the marching orders for the war caravan?  Where do we meet?  What time?  Do we have any Knights Templars to protect the pilgrims during the journey?
