Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to the meeting tonight. I had a teller go home sick and must stay to close the bank.
Rolf and Sybil will still be there though.

We really need to have a Spring Faire planning meeting this week!! I realize this is very short notice but I don't feel our populace meeting will give us time to get a formal presentation planned, organized and accomplished before Spring Faire. 
 
I need your ideas and thoughts on how you want this done.  Presentations are not my strong point!!
 
How about  Wednesday evening, March 31st, at my house?
