[Loch-Ruadh] Gouache Paint ???

Windsor-Newton is the best and the brand Reeves is the student brand they make. 
All else is crap. 
Reeves gold and silver are not acceptable, use the Windsor-Newton. 
Much of what is otherwise available is made in Russia and does not have the consistency of manufacture that illuminators require. 
Windsor-Newton is expensive, Reeves is almost expensive. About $7.00 for a starter set.
