The war in question is Gulf Wars XIV, held in
Lumberton, MS. You can keep up to date on their
activities etc on the Gulf Wars website:

If you want to camp with Loch Ruadh on the Shire's
land the deadline for pre-registration is December
15th. Be sure to list "The Shire of Loch Ruadh" as the
group you will be camping with.
