[Loch-Ruadh] Ballista

Sorry, we have been out of touch.  The ballista is in the shed, out of the 
weather and I think it can be made serviceable with a FEW repairs.  I have 
all the nuts and bolts and it is all there, except for the stabilizers, that 
were lost in transport to war, two years ago.
