Ok I'll re-work it as a flat image and stop making it so complicated. Two
questions first though,
1. what is an Ordinary
2. what is fimbriation

Ok,
After you have submitted a device you can draw it as artistically as you
wish. However for the purposes of subbmission the College wants a standard
to be met.
>From a commentors point of view.
Stop making the shading. Heraldry does not concern itself with art. Five
tinctures, two metals. Plain, Flat.
Ordinaries are major components of devices. They must be drawn from 1/4 to
1/3 the thickness of the complete device. Height in this case.
Bordering an ordinary is acceptable, but a border is thicker than a
fimbriation. And yours is minimally acceptable as far as the ratio of
fimbriation to the ordinary.
Finding a standard shape for the wolf head is necessary.
There is no reason to divide or otherwise decorate the crescent.
