I was shanghaied to the doctor on Tuesday and held prisoner until Wednesday night for a trip to the Emergency room that was only "supposed" to last about 3 hours. Pookie took very good care of me but after numerous blood tests and EKG's it was decided that I needed to be admitted for further testing. I am one large pin cushion!! Spent over 6 hours taking a nuclear stress test that should only have taken maybe 2 hours total!! NO COFFEE until after 1 in the afternoon and it was decaf!! Sent Aingeal down stairs for a real cup of coffee. She brought me shaved ham & turkey and a dish of bread pudding along with the coffee because I missed lunch. Got that eaten and savored my cup of coffee when I'm told nothing more for the rest of the day so that can do an angiogram that evening, all because I failed the nuclear stress test. And damn I thought I had passed it with flying colors. We won't even go into the problems with the doctors Aingeal was dealing with, but as you all know she got her way. Thank God she's on my side!!  All has ended well as the put in a stent to clear up the 99% blockage they found. And now Caerell and I can compare stress tests, cardio rehab and meds and equally pick on or complain about Aingeal!! I think they released me earlier than planned because they got tired of my complaining!!! 

I ain't gonna do this again so the healthy instructions and medicines will be followed to the letter. This was not a fun or enjoyable experience!!
