[Loch-Ruadh] Computer Guru help or Calling the Geek Squad~

Whenever I try to receive email I get the following error No. 0x800ccc90.
It only happens for one message on the server.  Unfortunately that is the
last (or next in the list) message on the server.  Any ideas from the
computer professionals about what could be causing this?
