[Loch-Ruadh] Attention Fighters

Attention all fighters who need to be reauthorized and receive new
authorization cards:

On the DFT mailing list, Centurian Morgan mentioned that it was important
for all fighters seeking authorization/reauthorization to be familiar with
the Marshal's Handbook, which is available online at
http://marshal.ansteorra.org/handbook.  This contains sections on all
aspects of SCA combat.

If you plan on attending Guardian of the Tor and getting
auhtorized/reauthorized, it would probably be a good idea to review this
beforehand.
