well I'm going to go over to Jocks and he's going to look it over with me, 
ehh if it cracks or looks like it's going to break, I'll bolt it... I just 
really don't want to have to do that the way it would need to be done ya

you can get away with using a 110volt arc or wire welder to do this. 6011
rod will do the trick on an arc welder. I still recommend reconsidering and
bolting it.
