[Loch-Ruadh] The final fina gate schedule

Actually, it is the excietment of the new Gate Schedule!  Anybody want 
to swap times just so we can get another final added to the schedule???!

Way down. To about 95.... but it is supposed to cool off nice in the 
evenings.
