[Loch-Ruadh] Gulf War site

For those who don't read the Ansteorra or Steppes list, there is some conjecture about how Hurricane Katrina afftected the Gulf War site in Lumberton, MS, just north of New Orleans.  Rumor has it that some of the buildings didn't make it, including possibly the hotel.
