[Loch-Ruadh] Populace Meeting cancellation

Since we're under a weather warning until midnight tonight, I think it best that we cancel this month's meeting.
   
  We have the Brewery Tour Saturday, and the Meeting/Celebration/Bardic on the 21st so we'll have plenty of opportunities to meet with friends and share our Holiday Cheer.
