[Loch-Ruadh] Populace Meeting cancellation

If you like it and it is comforting, anything is good in this weather.  BTW, 
my stepdad, in Minot, ND, sends his regards to us all, along with a "well 
now you know how it feels".  He's not sympathetic at all.  As a matter of 
fact, it seems kind of like gloating to me.
