[Loch-Ruadh] Youth Authorizations

I have spoken to Lady Donel.  She is willing to come to our FP on the 20th to give the class and authorize boffer and youth fighters,  I know Kaz's daughters want to be authorized,  If there are any other children who want to be authorized, bring them out to FP on the 20th.  And yes the parents have to be there for this!
