Long drive? Three hours?
Try Calontir! We regularly went 5 to 6 hours one way from North Platte NE
(Silver Peacock) to get to ANY event that we didn't put on ourselves. And,
yes, we had a few events that brought folk from Lonely Tower (Omaha).

You make it sound like it's *so* far away. It's really not that far.
Averaging 70mph, it's only about 3 hours from Ft. Worth. That's only an hour
further than canton.

Although, I totally understand about not having enough funds, time, and/or
energy to go to an event. <sarcasm>I haven't been there enough times in my
life.</sarcasm> If y'all do get to come out to Gothic it will be great to
see y'all out there. 

My suggestion to anyone, especially fighters and those who enjoy a relaxed
event, come to Gothic. It's a good event, lots of fighting during the day
and parties at night. Lots of fun to be had by all.

We want to try to go, but also don't want to miss Defender this year. Have 
to see if we can swing two events in one month. But Oh that drive, it's a 
good thing it's a long weekend.
