Seneschal:
Lady Aingeal is Loch Ruadh's official Rapier Marshal.

The Heralds office is open and will close at officer's meeting on March
23rd. We have received 2 applications for this office.

The Seneschal's office opens tonight and closes at the May officer's
meeting.

The offices of Minister of Arts and Sciences, Archery Marshal and Hospitaler
will open at the April Populace meeting.

If you are interested in any of these offices and/or have any questions
about how to fill out the application or the responsibilities
involved.Please talk to the officer. They can answer your questions and will
help you fill out the application.  The regional officers really like to
have a choice.

Officer of the Month: Exchequer, Lady Fiona talked about money.

Gulf War meeting was held after the populace meeting.

Lughnasad Autocrats: Lughnasad will get into full swing after Gulf War.
Prizes are being collected and the web page is up.

Officers:
A&S: April-Glass bead class, May-Scribes & Illuminators, June-Garb Workshop.

Archery: A meeting will be held after Gulf War to go over safety rules, draw
length, etc. with a Question & Answer time at the end of the meeting.
No Archery Practice on March 27th.

Knight Marshal: Very good attendance at the last fighter practice, 10
fighters armored up. For those fighting at Gulf War.double check your armor,
drink plenty of water. Fighter practices are March 27th, April 17th, and May
22nd. A regional practice will be held in Steppes at Mary Head's Carter Park
this Sunday, March 6th rain or shine!

Rapier Marshal: Went over new authorization policy. Rapier Practice will be
the same as Chivalric practices.

The Seneschal has requested youth marshals at large in Loch Ruadh send her a
copy of your authorization card. Any future youth practice held in Loch
Ruadh, the youth marshal in charge will send a report to the responsible
regional, with copies to the local adult marshal and the Seneschal.

Exchequer: The Shire purchased 5 new tables, Archery Insurance and the water
spigot for Gulf War.

Herald: Dana's device, Gerard and Gruffydd's names have been forwarded to
Laurel.

Hospitaler: Introduced newcomer, David. There were many new faces at fighter
practice. Donations are always welcome.

Chronicler: Lady Elizabeth produced this issue of the Scarlet Letter.
Padraig will print a special Gulf War edition next month. He has requested
EVERYONE attending Gulf War contribute a submission to this issue. The
deadline for this issue is Officer's meeting, March 23rd . Submissions will
also be accepted at Gulf War.

Gwenllian will check with ACF Tarp & Awning on prices for a pavilion.
