[Loch-Ruadh] List Administrators Out of Pocket

I will be setting all of my email list subscriptions to "nomail" sometime
this evening, and will not see any of the list messages until Monday, 21
March, when I get back from Gulf War.

Any list administration issues that come up will have to wait until then
for resolution, as my backup, Sluggy, will also be at War.
