Sean,
You are sorely missed as is, and will be even more so as your away trend
continues. Stay safe on the road and join us as often as possible.

Well, since no one likes bad news right off the bat, I'll start with the
"good news".

To all of the Tullamore Dew drinkers in Loch Ruadh, especially those that
are going to Gulf War, they now sell it in a 1.75 litre bottle and they also
sell a 12 year old version of it. The big bottle ought to last Polydore and
Padraig at least a couple of days :-)

Now, the bad news. As many of you are aware my job has kept me traveling
quite a bit which has not allowed me to be active in the SCA. I also had
told some of you that there were plans in the works by my company to
reorganize my organization to where I would not be traveling as much and be
working mainly with local customers. As of yesterday, that is NOT going to
happen for an unforeseen future time if at all. I don't understand my
company's logic in having me travel so much when many of these cities that I
go to already have EMC people there that can do the job I do but don't
because they are not part of my organization. Oh well, mine is not to
wonder why.etc, etc. What this means is that I will not be playing more in
the SCA and probably even less. Being on the road the week prior to an
event doesn't allow me much time to prepare for the event. I hope to see
you all at Warlord if I'm able to make it. I haven't heard much lately
about Padraig's wake but if it happens, I hope to make that too. I wouldn't
count on much else unless it's an occasional Populace meeting if I'm in town
(I wasn't last week) or a fighter/archery practice (if the weather is good
so I can ride my bike).

I wish all of you going to Gulf War safe journeys and have lots of fun.
