[Loch-Ruadh] Populace - Lughnasad Reminders

1) If you are planning on running a fund raiser at
Lughnasad this year please write up and bring your
fund raiser idea to populace tomorrow. We will need
information such as: Who is running it? What are the
funds to go towards? Who is in charge of
transportation of supplies etc? 
(This includes any jail idea, silent auction etc)


2) If you have items to donate towards prizes please
bring them to populace and give them to either of the
Autocrats. 


3) Activity co-ordinators should have their write-ups
to me (Kat) by now. If you have yet to send them to me
please do so ASAP so that I can get them on the
website. 





Thank you to every one who has volunteered thus far,
your help is GREATLY appreciated. This will be a very
fun event as usual. There are still more areas you can
volunteer for, so feel free to contact an Autocrat and
find out where you are needed!
