98 extended  i  will check all the spy ware  on my end  it is pabl that my lady has not

I will put together a disk as soon as possible and get it to you, the problem sounds most like spyware, but could be a virus. What operating system do you use?

You need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. 
If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape
