Lughnasad Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Meeting

This was discussed and scheduled at Officer's meeting
after Lughnasad. It will be tonight at 7:30pm at
Aingeal and Caerrell"s house. 

This meeting is to set up a standard planning and
implementing practice for Lughnasad. While not every
thing can be planned in advance and as always things
such a prices change, it will serve as a rough
guideline for those taking the job as autocrat in the
future. 

It will have the basic information in it that can be
used year after year. ie: recipes, tourney
suggestions, contact information etc. as well as notes
from previous years about what did and did not work.
