[Loch-Ruadh] Gulf War Property Corner Marker

Ok I admit I am not 100% sure *what* I am looking at...  since I dont get to 
make gulf wars I am assuming this (and others?) are marking the corners of 
our land? And I must ask.. what is it made of? (I am full of questions huh?)
