[Loch-Ruadh] Fian Ruadh - Membership and Commander

According to the Charter of Fian Ruadh, Loch Ruadh's War Company, it is
fast approaching time to choose a new commander.

Lord Conor na Mara has served well and ably and with much honor as our
commander, but the time has come to pass the reins.

By the Charter, membership in Fian Ruadh is open to any who consider
themselves to be Loch Ruadh and an opportunity to declare yourself for the
Company will occur at Lughnasad.  We believe that the spirit of Fian Ruadh
comes from all the people of the Shire, not just those who fight on the
field.

However, the Commander is chosen by the fighters, as they will be under
that leader's direction.  In accordance with this, there will be a meeting
of the fighters of Fian Ruadh at Lughnasad, and any and all fighters of
the Populace of Loch Ruadh who wish to serve in this capacity should make
themselves known so that a new Commander may be elected.
