[Loch-Ruadh] Bringin' 'em up right/ future Fian Ruadh member

As far as I know, anyone who plays with a group can use the badge on their 
belongings.  However, I would keep it small and on a shoulder.  The large, 
centered ones are being used for guards, heralds, etc....
