Despite Welsh protestations to the contrary, Welsh is not really a
language, but rather a series of complex nonsense sounds created by
attempting to gargle with one's own tongue, appearing in written form as
being composed almost entirely of consenants.

Other than that, they are another branch of crazy Celts.  Wait, that's
redundant.
