Gwenllian,

are you using Outlook Express to read your mail?  If so, there should be a
tab on the email window that says something like "Attachments".  Click on
that and a list of attachments should appear.  Click on the one ending
with .pdf.  If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, you won't be
able to open it.  You can download it from
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
