We went over basic practices, the usual equipment/donation lists, and
travel.
There are many groups leaving at different times this year, so travel
coordination will be left to those individuals rather than planning a
single large caravan.

There were enough people in attendance to discuss basic meal plans with
the following choices made:
Monday: Mexi-soup: Fiona
Tuesday: Red Beans and Rice w/sausage: Rose
Wednesday: Veggie Soup: Kat
Thursday: Chili: Polydore?
Fri: Hamburger Soup: Tegwared
Saturday: Hot Dogs: ? 
(whoever does this meal will contribute hotdogs, buns, grated cheese,
and one side ie chips or beans. Individuals or families will bring what
they want to dress their own dogs ie onions, relish, condiments,
saurkraut, chili

We will not be able to assign people to meals until we have final
registration numbers 01/31.
