[Loch-Ruadh] Lughnasad Planning Meeting Notes

Reminders with addresses and directions will be sent
out on the list as usual.



Dates to remember:

June 24th : 
Site token workshop at Jock and Vivians at 10am. 

July 9th: 
Banner Making at Aingeal's at 10am. If you have banner
fabric you can donate for this please bring it with
you. Thanks! We really want Lughnasad to shine this
year. 

Pavilian set up for decorating will be held at the
Banner making workshop.

July 19th: 
Coordinator's supply lists due. 
Lughnasad meeting will follow Officer's meeting.

August 5th: 
Lughnasad Trailor loading at Aingeal's at 9am. 
Potluck and Dragon Build at Elizabeth's at 6pm.

August 11-13th:
LUGHNASAD!!


Meetings Notes:

Baroness Dana will be preparing the oranges, pickles
and coffee for Lughnasad again this year. Thank you!
Supplies will be delivered to her house and picked
back up for transport to the site.

Archery asked to have the royal round removed from the
website. (it has been done)

Chivalric tourney description has been added to the
website and the tournament will be run by Alric on
behalf of the KM who will be slaving away at his
mundane job. 

Carl has agreed to cook lunch (and serve)for the Baron
and Baroness. Allergies, likes and dislikes should be
aquired asap.

Lady Vivian has her serving crew set up for feast:
Connie, Wendy, Gator and Duckie.

Vivian will be serving high table.

Lord Dohmnall has confirmed that Children's and Youth
tournament will be run by Lord Daire. Thank you Lord
Daire!

The pavilian set up day will be used to measure the
pavilian, cutting fabric for the decorations etc.


Elizabeth needs CD's for AOL the Dragon.

Brighid has agreed to be Prize reeve. If you have
prize donations please bring them to her at the July
populace meeting. 

Silent auction donations are to be brought to Sybil
either at July's populace meeting or delivered in the
AM hours of the morning of Lughnasad (saturday).
Silent auction proceeds will fund the Loch Ruadh gate
at Gulf Wars.

Your donations for prizes and auction are GREATLY
appreciated.
