[Loch-Ruadh] fighter practice

I just checked weather.com and it said it was 96.  So, this months fighter
practice is officially cancelled.

Will there be fighter practice this afternoon?  It's supposed to be in the
100's and Bear mentioned something about canceling if the temps got too high
