[Loch-Ruadh] An expanded test

I was having some issues with all of the  "group name at ansteorra.org"  lists.
Some of my problems cleared up  when I added   "@lists."  after the group
name and before the "ansteorra.org".

It is getting to be an every other week occurrence.
