That's how I have been reading it to, that a January or February trip also 
counts, but there is a period just before Gulf War (slips my mind how long) 
that they don't want you to go.  I'm trying to get in a quick hit and run 
trip before the main trip.  I also agree that if we wait too long the 
weather will be a factor and may interfere with or cancel a trip scheduled. 
If we had only 1 or 2 that could go with me on the quick trip that would 
suit my intention fine, just so we can get something on the books that 
counts.
