[Loch-Ruadh] fighter practice

Sorry for the confusion, I forgot to let our
chronicler know the time was changing back to 2pm. 

Just for future reference, fighter practice is
typically moved to 5pm from June to September (Warlord
to Gothic) because of the heat.
