Texas Tech has a new program called the Raider Guarantee. Incoming freshman (new students, not transfer students) whose family has less than $40,000 AGI can receive 8 semesters (2 years) of free tuition. If you know anyone who is eligible please have them go to the following link and research the opportunity. I think the deadline for Fall 2007 is May 1st 2007.
