[Loch-Ruadh] Lughnasad Coordinators - Last Minute Check

The "dreaded" Chamberlain will be asking every coordinator for a
comprehensive list of ALL Shire, borrowed, loaned and purchased equipment
and supplies needed for Lughnasad. If you needed 2 rubber-bands please
include it on your list. You can get a head start on that list now if you
write down everything as you pack it up for Lughnasad.

The reason for this request is three fold...
1. with a master list of EVERYTHING that is needed for Lughnasad nothing
SHOULD be overlooked or forgotten.
2. the gathering and loading of stuff for Lughnasad will be much smoother
and easier.
3. if at the last minute a coordinator for some reason cannot attend
Lughnasad the sucker we get to take their place will have a complete list of
EVERYTHING they need to successfully pull off the activity they were stuck
with.

Copies of this list will be sent to the Seneschal and the Chamberlain and
put in the Lughnasad File.

Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
