[Loch-Ruadh] Another Shie equipment plea

The six arrow fletching jig should be the Shire's property.  It was
originally donated by an old geezer that used to shoot both tournament and
combat archery to the then Canton of Loch Ruadh.  He now occasionally makes
it to events and can't get the energy up to go shoot so he cheers on the
archers and drinks Tully.

I don't see anything on the list that I have. The fletching jig is not a
single fletch it is a 6 fletch, and Vivian has it. I am not really sure if
it was Shire, or Guild, but I believe it was Shire.
 
Terry Varner You need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't
move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape
