[Loch-Ruadh] Name and device changes

I currently have both a registered name and device.? I'd would like to submit paperwork for a different name and a change in tincture for my device.? Can someone tell me how many copies of each for I need for each and also what the going fees are?? My last submission was in the Kingdom of Meridies and that was like 10-12 years ago.? ?
