Greetings to those who were unable to attend Populace,
  we missed you.

It was decided at the meeting that we would change the Scarlet Letter format.
The next issue will be distributed in electronic or e-format, and mailed to all who want to take advantage of having the info at your fingertips to modify (text size) or save as you choose.
For those who have already renewed your SL subscription, your 6.00 fee will be returned to you by our Exchequer.
This first issue of the new year will be provided in hard copy to all members of the Populace.
Subsequent issues will be available in e-format, unless specifically requested in print form. All copies will be provided at no charge.
The Hospitaler will save copies to disk for newcomers, and have a couple of hard copies on hand for those who might not have computer access.
We will archive the SL annually on disk for our History.
Your Chronicler will continue to gladly accept donations of new unused or partially used packages of white and colored paper to defer the expense of the dozen or so SLs that will be printed in hard copy. Please be aware that used printer paper is not advisable as paper should not be run through a printer a second time.
Some who had their subscription fees returned last night, in turn donated them to the Chronicler for paper, this is greatly appreciated.
The electronic SL will probaly come out a day or so before Populace so that those who choose can print a copy to bring with them to Populace.
The e-letter will be produced in Adobe format as the Adobe Reader is a free download.
If you were not at the meeting, please contact the Chronicler either with your e-mail address to take advantage of the e-letter or with a note indicating that you would prefer a printed copy each month.
If you prefer printed copy and choose to have your SL mailed, you will still be responsible for providing postage to cover this expense.
If you have any questions please contact myself or our Chronicler.

  Loch Ruadh moves forward!
