[Loch-Ruadh] Gulf War Meeting Notes

Oh I understood that, but I first sent this to the Central landcrat who was still using 1/31 as the date. and I was addressing the statement: "Final Gulf War registration for all who plan to attend ends Jan. 31." 
FalconRose is open until the closing date if anyone we know needs a camp space.

Loch Ruadh's deadline has always been earlier so that we have sufficient time to finalize camp plans and assure that we have the numbers required to retain our permanent land status.
