[Loch-Ruadh] plastic barrel

The place is between the little log cabin looking
steakhouse and the roadside rest just north of
Decatur.  I don't know if they have black plastic
barrels because I'm usually driving by too fast to
tell if they are black plastic or black metal.  Never
seen a name on the place, just a phone number on a
sign.
