[Loch-Ruadh] plastic barrel

I went by to see if the old guy in Terrell was still
there and he's gone.  I know there was one place to
buy barrells going towards Polydore's, but I don't
remember seeing any black plastic ones.  There is also
a place north of Decatur on 287 if you go up that way
for any reason.  I'll keep my eyes open.
