[Loch-Ruadh] Gulf War Land

I just got off the phone with Kaz.  The skeleton of the gate is UP.  They
are setting the foundation overnight and will dress the gate in concrete and
burlap tomorrow.  It took EVERYONE to put the gate up, and they are thrilled
about the accomplishment.
