[Loch-Ruadh] Warlord plans

Me, Tom and Rose will be in the merchant area as usual. I am bringing a friend who recently moved back into town who has never been to an event. Will bring her by to meet people. We had already made plans to eat with my cousins from Northkeep since we don't get to see each other a lot.
