[Loch-Ruadh] Update on the Website

Thanks to Lord Alric and Lady Fiona for donating the use of their pictures 
of Scotland for picture banners.

I converted 10 of the very many pictures from the DVD and modified them to 
make banners for the home page of the web site.

You might ask 10 banners...well it all depends on what second the you load 
the page...it will chose one and display it.

If you resize your web browser the page will now refresh and try to use the 
entire screen.

If you click on the banner picture you will be able to see the entire 
picture scaled down to 800x600.

Changed the color of the drop down menu and fixed it's location.
