[Loch-Ruadh] Test

I've seen it happen, and had it happen to me.  Is it across all lists,
some, or just one?  Drop an email to the Kingdom Webminister - it may be a
known problem, or it may be something that has just cropped up.  When I
had the problem, it cleared up spontaneously after a few days, but that
doesn't mean it always will.
