[Loch-Ruadh] Gulf War gate land trip CANCELLED

Sorry to have to do this as I know people have pulled strings to get days off, but the GW land trip is cancelled due to not being able to use concrete in freezing weather.

I get 17 PMG in the city should be more unless we are dragging another 5000 lb load.
