[Loch-Ruadh] Lughnasad Archery Dragon???

Tegward volunteered to coordinate the event this year.  He said he has access to pleanty of CD to make the Dragon. In the past, Elizabeth has done it.  Between them, we should be able to get it done right. I don't know of anyone else who would have asked to do the dragon and the event.
